Welcome to Barrows Hollow Farm. We are a small farm located in Freedom, New Hampshire. We specialize in chaga mushrooms, and local honey, but we also carry an assortment of jams, jellies, fruit butters, fresh and dried herbs, and seasonal produce.
Farming is hard work and chores need to be done daily to keep the farm going. Animals need to be fed and watered, and their pens cleaned on a daily basis. The bee hives need to be checked once a week to make sure they have enough room to grow, to keep an eye on health, and hopefully harvest honey when the conditions are right. The garden beds need to be watered often, and fertilizer applied when needed. We're always looking for volunteers who want to learn about small scale farming, to come spend time at the farm, or just see how it all works. Want to come see what it's all about?
